I didn't realize what is involved in a pacemaker. Aren't we fortunate the doctors can do all this.
I should use Julie's method on some of my quilts. It would be easier to put them away.
Thinking of you and your family.Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12922656955543465650noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-280788527989249009.post-36636788885508311722023-04-29T16:47:08.659+12:002023-04-29T16:47:08.659+12:00Hope your weekend is going ok, any sewing on the h...Hope your weekend is going ok, any sewing on the horizon? They told me they don't replace the leads, just the actual pacemaker. Your procedure sounds different or maybe they just didn't tell me the whole story. What an unwelcome disruption to your life, especially as you are apparently enjoying digging into your fabrics. I know what you mean about cutting and cutting (without using an Accuquilt) because I too have been cutting and cutting... scraps to clean up my scrap bins (that was successful, and feels SO good!), and now cutting stash for a Posh Penelope (Sew Kind of Wonderful) quilt. I want to take cut pieces on quilt retreat in three weeks. So much cutting! I'm giving my rotary blade sharpener a workout too! In any case, I wish you well with your procedure. Of course you'll take it easy afterword. Hopefully some gentle handwork will be just the ticket for recovery. And I'm sorry to know about your daughter getting COVID. I swear that every time I hear someone has returned from a cruise, or being overseas, they have COVID. It still isn't behind us.
