I've continued on today.
Just a few Flying Geese placed on two
sides to get an idea of what they would look like.
Not saying they would go all around the central square, maybe
just two sides and make up an off-centre
Medallion, I'll play some more tomorrow and
see where this takes me.

Very effective with the black and white spot.
Thanks for linking up, Maureen. I love where this is going. The flying geese balance the wonky squares well and I like your colours a lot (though I always do).
The black and white really shows the blocks so well, and Flying geese with the same fabric, perfect all the way. And I don't mean that to say they have to go all the way round, just that they are perfect 100%. ( does that make sense)
This is really coming along so well...I would like to do an AD Hoc piece sometime--still working on Cass' right now--one thing at a time for me this year....thanks for the link to all those interesting takes...hugs, Julierose
I love the flying geese - the browny colour is so unexpected and works perfectly. Did you piece them as flying geese or sawtooth (just curious!)? It's going to look wonderful, I can feel it!

I'm glad you're giving improv another try if only because its fun to watch you work.
I just love everything about it. I don't have an improv project going right now. Can't wait to see more progress!
